Amazing hot springs! the baths changed with the time and were a unique experience. the staff were very friendly, welcoming and attentive. They provided everything we needed for our stay, from toiletries to delicious food. the hotel was located in a beautiful area, with stunning views of the city and a great garden to explore. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, giving us a great night's sleep. We also appreciated the traditional Japanese style bed. the overall experience was truly memorable and rejuvenating.

None! the hotel was a bit of a journey from our home, but it was well worth the trip. We wish we could have stayed longer to fully enjoy the hot springs and the stunning scenery.

Spent Xmas at a ryokan with great hospitality and a delicious buffet breakfast. The traditional Japanese dinner was served in an independent room and the amenities provided were very satisfying. The location was ideal for a scenic and refreshing walk.

The exterior of the hotel seems outdated, but the rooms are well-maintained. The onsen was a bit crowded during peak hours.
